Hello, Friends! I’m Racquel — your mindset, life, and spiritual coach. I’m also the creator and host of the podcast Beyond Consciousness. As someone who’s passionate about growth and healing, I want to share a little bit about my journey with you.

Growing up, I faced a lot of challenges and traumas that created emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks. There were times I felt lost in darkness, struggling with my mental health. But through it all, I made a conscious decision: I refused to let my past define me. I set out on a path of healing, earning my bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, and dedicating myself to transforming my mind, body, and spirit.

This journey taught me the incredible power of our subconscious minds and how we can use manifestation to heal, grow, and create a life that truly feels meaningful. Today, I’m here to share that same hope and guidance with you — to help you find your own peace, happiness, and purpose.
